Streptomycin Sulphate Sterile

General Indications: 

Sterptomycin sulphate is bactericidal for many Gm-ve bacteria, Mycoplasma, Coryza, Enteritis and diarrhea

Specific Indications:

Poultry: Enteric infections, diarrhea, respiratory infections, Coryza, Mycoplasma.

Calves: Enteric infection and control of diarrhea.

Dosage:

150-20m.g/kg. body weight

Dissolve the content in 500ml water for injection and give 0.5 ml./kgm. body weight I.M.

Contraindications and Warning:

1- Milk must not be used for human consumption during treatment and for 72 hrs. thereafter.

2- Animals must not be slaughtered for human consumption during treatment and for 21 days thereafter.

Packing:

200 gm. in sterile bottle prepared for injection.

Storage:

  Cool dry place away from direct sunlight.

Note:

 Should be used within 24 hrs. of solubility.
